Cool stuff! I think this animation will be a lot of fun to work with! The storyline is pretty clear.
I really like compositions and hierarchy that you've created with text and that each one of them looks unique.
I know that you want to do all 100 of them, but I would suggest reducing it, maybe to 30 at a max (but that's just my opinion).
Also, when you are zooming in on any particular number, there are a lot of stuff going on in the background: that takes attention away from foreground. So maybe you can introduce some other colors to the text, besides green? That might help to bring more attention to the main text.
Motion and effects: You told me what you want to do for the transitions, but I think with yours you can go WILD :) Zoom ins/outs, spins, fades, and all that would make your piece stronger.
